Beyoglu is always busy - probably because you can always come here and get excellent food at a very resonable price.
I think Beyoglu survives despite the poor service not just by waiters also the management; they are very rude.
If their location was not supurb (surrounded by Upper East siders who don't like to cook) they would be out of business by now.
