The strategy "Reforming Education to Give BiH a Better Future" was presented by the BiH Entity Education Ministers, the Federation of BiH Deputy Minister of Education and the BiH Minister for Human Rights and Refugees to the Peace Implementation Council in Brussels on 21 November 2002.
Extremely poor living conditions, lack of proper clothing and the inability to purchase required schoolbooks are the most common reasons for the exclusion of Roma from schools, despite a willingness of many parents to enroll their children.
BiH is the only one out of all 40 Bologna process member countries that has not yet adopted a modern higher education law which would lead to a quality university education in BiH with degrees that will be widely accepted throughout Europe.

Benign intracranial hypertension (also known as pseudotumor cerebri, or idiopathic intracranial hypertension) is a rare condition of unknown cause with an annual incidence of 0.9/100,000 in the general population.
Medicines reported to be associated with BIH include vitamin A analogues, tetracyclines, steroids (especially in withdrawal), nalidixic acid, sulphonamides, lithium, thyroxine, growth hormone, amiodarone and tamoxifen.

Many BIH sufferers continue to work, others find that they are unable to, or they need to change the type of work that they do.

BiH foreign minister Mladen Ivanic, members of the US Embassy to BiH and the head of USAID mission signed the fourth amendment to the agreement on US donations to BiH for the implementation of the Community Reintegration and Stabilisation Programme (CRSP).
BiH will accordingly receive USD 7.1mn for renovation of infrastructure in relation to facilitating of the refugee return process.
The funds were used for projects that sustained post-war returns of refugees and displaced persons to the country and included reconstruction of infrastructure at community level, as well as strengthening of institutions in their efforts to provide public utilities.

Roughly 80,000 former JNA forces deployed in BiH were officially transferred to the «Territorial Defence Forces of the Serbian Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina» (SRBiH).
       Serbian forces have divided BiH into six areas: 2nd Corps in the north-west, the so-called Muslim Triangle; 17 Corps in the north-east; 1 Corps in the centre, the Romanija Corps in the area of Sarajevo; the Drina Corps in the area around Srebrenica; and the Herzegovina Corps in the South.
The group's weaponry is unknown, but because of the generally poor preparations for war in BiH and the United Nations arms embargo on the former Yugoslavia, it is unlikely to have large quantities of arms.
