		Bible Reader for Palm has the ability to display two translations or commentary at the same time.

		Bible With You by GMP Soft - I don't know much about this program or the company.
		The bible is just a book, and you could read it in Palmreader, Weasel reader, or any other of those programs.
		I have recommened them to get a Bible program for the reason that if they are using their Palm already then it would be good to have the Bible at hand as well.

		Bible Thumper may be a decent program, but no one who studies seriously can just use KJ version alone.
		The advantage of Bible Reader from Olive Tree (especially if they release a full version OS 5 system) is that one can study many different translations, or use the original languages.

		The Bible files are one file so you can't seperate out Old from New but there is a version called the Tanakh which is an OT translation by Jewish scholars.
		An assortment of versions of the bible are available, and the web site offers pointers to others, plus conversions tools that can be used to get bibles into the format Bible+ uses.
