Poly phase coil elements can be arranged to form LCR circuits with the ability of induction, neutralization, and capacitance simultaneously.
Adjacent coils and their convolutions form parts, so that the potential difference is sufficient to neutralize negative effects.

Some bifilars have adjacent coils in which the convolutions are arranged so that the potential difference is magnified (i.e., the current flows in same parallel direction).
A different type of bifilar coil is used in some relay windings and transformers used for a switched-mode power supply to suppress back-emf.
When used in a switching transformer, one winding of the bifilar coil is used as a means of removing the energy stored in the stray magnetic flux which fails to link the primary coil to the secondary coil of the transformer.

A bifilar coil is a coil that uses the effect of resonance self-induction.
In adjacent coils, convolutions form parts that exists so that the potential difference is sufficient to neutral negative effects in the coil.
Advantages of bifilar coils is that they are inexpensive, not cumbersome, and easier to construct than Capacitors.

If we place a strip of silicon steel inside a large coil of several thousand turns, and amplify the output of this coil and feed it to a speaker, there will be a burst of static heard as a permanent magnet is moved near the strip of silicon steel.
Test the finished coil assembly by temporarily connecting it to the input of an audio amplifier, and with headphones, verify that distinct pulses are produced as a magnet is moved near the end of the detector coil.
To select the best placement for the coil, listen to the audio output (a preamplifier might be useful, but should not be necessary) as the finished detector coil is slowly moved into the center of the magnetic field.

 "Nikola Tesla's Radiant Energy System"
Bifilar wound coils are used in the system because a bifilar wound coil maximizes the voltage difference between its turns, the current is then minimized.
Tesla's "COIL FOR ELECTRO MAGNETS," patent #512,340 is a very special coil design because, unlike an ordinary coil made by turning wire on a tube form, this one uses two wires laid next to each other on a form but with the end of the first one connected to the beginning of the second one.
In this patent Tesla explains that the double coil will store many times the energy of a conventional coil.[1] Measurements of two coils of the same size and with the same number of turns, one with a single, the other with a bifilar winding, show differences in voltage gain.

This is a 'dumpster build.' Nothing costly and nothing 'off the shelf' except for the bit clone 'host.' I'm still trying to keep it 'pure' but was not able to salvage the steering wire with its insulated coating intact and have some nice '48-ish' gauge wire from an analog battery clock.
I don't know what this wire gauge actually is but it's a good deal finer than the wire in the bit clone steering coils [which measured 27 ohms; each whole coil] and is at the threshold of my ability to work with it.
Thank you for pointing me at the coil heat issue ~ I've made a 'finger-tip' decision that a 5 ohm actuator is worth considering at 1.2V but  probably not a good choice at 2.4V and certainly not suggested for a single cell li-po in other projects later.

Two assumptions made in the analysis: They are that the distributed capacity between the two coil windings may be represented by one lumped capacitor, Cc, connected between the center of one winding to the center of the other.
To think about this, consider: Mentally unwind the bifilar portion of the coil from the coil form, but imagine the two wires are still in the same relative positions to each other.
