We thought we would never move up very high on Google for our company name: Big in Japan.  But it would seem I was being to pessimistic, we are now number three!  WOOT!
We are working on the InstantFeed code this week.  The workflow of the current tool is confusing.  Also, we have limited the feeds to one IM per user.  We will be simplifying the workflow as seen in these wireframes and allowing four IM feeds per user.  What do you think of the new wireframes:
