It was there that he got the name "Jackie." A man named Jack who worked on the site had trouble pronouncing "Kong-sang" and started calling Jackie "little Jack." That soon became Jackie and the name stuck.

Since there is so little there, I don't think we need to worry about merging anything.
So I would reccomend that it is transwikied and we will split it down into the various parts, merge with the current articles, put a category in to link them together and everyone will be happy.
The "book" as it stands now has no clear focus, and because it is just a simple stub with no information, and no "mission statement" of sorts, there is little or no impetus for other people to come in and help expand it.
