Kill Bill is an all-out assault on the senses.
Kill Bill’s relentless assault is perhaps most intense as Thurman lies comatose in the hospital.
Kill Bill is better than most, and also self-consciously positions itself as a tribute to the genre, which allows Tarantino to borrow every convention and to still seem to make an original contribution; and to still be seen as adding something the history of film.

But enthusiastic as Tarantino is about samurai sword-fights and Chinese stage acrobatics and torsos that spurt candy-colored blood after they've been divested of their limbs and heads, "Kill Bill" feels flat and listless, even in the midst of its nonstop whirlwind of action and violence.
("Kill Bill" was originally intended as one long film, but Tarantino and his studio, Miramax, decided to release it as two separate movies instead of chopping the original cut to shreds.)

Kill Bill isn't Tarantino's best film (an honor reserved for the utterly brilliant Pulp Fiction, [or is it Reservoir Dogs, it seems to depend on which film ive watched most recently]), nor will it win the Best Picture Academy Award (which it doesnt deserve anyway), but it is a damn good time.
I think it is interesting to note that Uma did not kill Copperhead's daughter while Copperhead had no problem killing Uma's daughter, It's also interesting to note that Uma Thurman's character had a baby, and "lost" it and Copperhead has a daughter and she is four.
Uma kills Copperhead and is set out to go to Japan to battle ex-Viper O-Ren (Lucy Liu) and her army of yakuza in a Tokyo dancehall.

Both the Stott-Despoja and Patterson bills are filled with the usual technical and legal terminology that may put off concerned citizens from interacting with them.
In 2005 the UN International community voted to ban cloning ‘ as contrary to human dignity’ expressing the principle– “ No human life should ever be produced to be destroyed for the benefit of another.” The clever dodge however, is to devise new terminology to avoid the very idea of cloning.
One wonders how much lower scientists (who after all are supposed to be creating a better world) can go in their quest for access to research material and why there are people in power who would support them in their degradation of the most innocent of humans.
