William (Bill) DeMott (born November 10, 1966 in Titusville, Florida) is an American former professional wrestler, best known for his appearances with World Championship Wrestling as Hugh Morrus.
DeMott was trained by Johnny Rodz in his New York wrestling school beginning in 1989.
When DeMott returned to the United States, he wrestled for ECW for a short time, before moving on to Pennsylvania Championship Wrestling where once again he won a heavyweight championship, this time outlasting a number of competitors in a battle royal to get it.

DeMott gets two now, before working a modified swinging neckbreaker, the one that Jamie Noble used a few times as his finisher.
However, DeMott ends up running right into a spinebuster, and from there, DeSquash is ripe for the picking as Rhyno sets himself up in the corner, leading right into The Gore, for the big win.

DeMott gives viewers a unique blend of a frosted dye job hairdo, along with the ability to actually know what he is talking about on commentary, a welcome change of pace from The Cat.
I do have to say, however, his voice is a little rough, and he does seem a bit too harsh at times.
However, the positives outweigh the negatives for DeMott, and he earns himself one of the coveted spots on this list.
