I have known Bill Hall for years now, and have enjoyed the association, since he is not only personable, but has an insight to discussions that shows his ability to see through, not only the core of the matter, but also the solution to the problems.
Bill's knowledge of our area has been enhanced by his work here over the last 18 years, and I feel certain that the honesty, sincerity, and clear thinking he has always given his work is a part of him that will remain with him as Lincoln County Commissioner.
Bill demonstrates the critical characteristics necessary to be a county commissioner.

William H. "Bill" Hall, vice president for student affairs at The Ohio State University, known for his dedication and devotion to improving the lives of Ohio State students, died yesterday (11/27) after an 11-month battle with cancer.
Hall was the "go to" man in providing direction for major campus events, including multiple visits of presidents, presidential candidates and other VIPs.
Hall's achievements included reducing the density of housing in residence halls, improving the student move-in process, revising the Code of Student Conduct to give the university more authority over the behavior of students living off-campus, and guiding implementation of a student activity fee to increase recreational and cultural opportunities for students.
