The physician does not bill to see my note or to hear a phone call from me. I suppose that is perhaps, I will say, from the government's side, the beauty of direct access is my services are paid through third-party payers.
Bill 26, as it is currently formulated, is a very satisfactory piece of regulation.

 AEGiS-Reuters: Bill Gates eyes new gift to UN AIDS programs
One possibility for the future was a new gift to be unveiled during the coming special session on AIDS of the 189-nation U.N. General Assembly, to be held in New York June 25-27, Neilson said.
"Bill made clear to the secretary-general that AIDS is one of the foundation's top issues and we are committed to helping the U.N. end AIDS for all time," Neilson said.
But the foundation worries that putting the focus on AIDS drugs "will distract attention from prevention programs, which have been shown to work," Neilson said, adding that the foundation considers vaccine research to be prevention.

Bill Neilson, vice president of sales and marketing for New Jersey-based Savory Sun Foods, said his company believes it can market its vegetarian foods overseas, particularly in countries where religion calls for a vegetarian diet.

Bill Neilson, Director and Law Chair of UVic’s Centre for Asia-Pacific Initiatives (CAPI), is a key player in separate $5-million Canadian projects in two Southeast Asian nations to help lawyers, officials and parliamentarians develop their respective legal systems.
With its project partner, the Ottawa-based Parliamentary Centre, CAPI has been working with the secretariats of the two chambers and the lawmakers to improve their capacities for developing a democratic parliament in Cambodia.
Working with the staff and various committees of the two houses, the project partners have developed three parliamentary assessment templates which the staff and the lawmakers are starting to use in their review of draft bills put before them by the government for passage into law.

She is survived by her daughter, Bernice (Walter) Wright, her grandson, Dayne and granddaughter, Tanya and will also be fondly missed and remembered by her bingo pals from Point Roberts, who knew her as Anne.
Bill was born February 24th, 1910 and he died May 15, 1986.
