		Stevenson gained a small amount of infamy when, several years ago, the now-defunct CDNow.com posted an interview wherein former Blink-182/Transplants/current Expensive Taste and (+44) drummer Travis Barker recounts that, when a teenager, he was treated rudely by Stevenson, whom Barker admired.
		Bill Stevenson, along with Jason Livermore are the founders of the legendary punk, indie and hardcore recording studio "The Blasting Room" in Fort Collins, CO.
		Currently, Bill is involved in Russ Rankin's side project Only Crime with former members of GWAR and Converge.

	Bill would let towns be absorbed by county
		The upcoming bill is similar to a dissolution bill that Stevenson introduced in 2001.
		Last session's bill would have essentially created a pilot program for Allegheny County, letting the county's townships and boroughs, except for Pittsburgh, dissolve and become absorbed by the county.
		The bill would have allowed governments to disincorporate either by a referendum vote or through a petition signed by 67 percent or more of a municipality's voters.

		Stevenson, R-Mt. Lebanon, has proposed legislation saying that "joint physical and legal custody" would be the new standard for Pennsylvania judges to use in ruling on custody battles.
		Since 1980, Stevenson said, Pennsylvania has said that "the best interest of the child" is the standard for deciding whether a divorced mother or a divorced father got primary custody.
		Stevenson said his bill would "level the playing field" in custody disputes, instructing a judge "to order joint legal and physical custody of a child unless [the judge] finds that it's not in the child's best interest."
