BINH DINHBinh Dinh Province border guards transferred 19 Filipino fishermen, who were rescued at sea last week, to the custody of the Philippines embassy on Monday.
The fishermen, crew members of the Philippine fishing vessel Lucky Three, which capsized on August 8, were rescued by a Vietnamese boat and brought to the central coastal province last Saturday.
Binh Dinh authorities later informed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Philippines embassy in Ha Noi of the rescue.

The chief principle and main slogan of the Tay Son was "seize the property of the rich and distribute it to the poor." In each village the Tay Son controlled, oppressive landlords and scholar-officials were punished and their property redistributed.

If given the go-ahead, the project would become the second foreign-invested hotel project in Binh Dinh, a province that boasts ancient Cham towers and some of Vietnam's most beautiful beaches, but has not yet managed to establish itself on the international tourism map.
Life Resort general manager Magarete Rieger said the Quy Nhon town and Binh Dinh province had great potential, especially beautiful beaches and historical areas which other provinces and coastal areas were unable to rival.
