  SN Brussels Airlines - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The airline is a member of IATA and the Association of European Airlines (AEA).
SN Brussels Airlines was founded in 2002, when a group of Belgian investors (companies, financial institutions and regional investment companies, as well as the Brussels and Walloon government), headed by Etienne Davignon set up SN Airholding.
In February 2002, SN Airholding took over the Belgian airline DAT, which was a subsidiary of Sabena and survived the bankruptcy, and changed its name to SN Brussels Airlines.

I have heard that Delsey Airlines formerly known VG Airlines is combining its BRU-JKF and BRU-BOS routes due to low load factors.
Delesy Airlines is not even 1 year old yet, they have combined the BOS and JFk routes, whoch i think will result in fewer passangers, and they have wet leased to MEA.
Birdy has the right planes and VG would be great addition because of its N. American routes and next planes.

 Interline e-tickets delayed?
I remember an AA press release talking about how by the end of 2004 AA would have 100% interline eticketing, giving a clear warning that they would severe relationships with carriers not participating (and therefore requiring more expensive paper tickets).
Incidentally, AA does seem to have implemented many more interline eticketing than the average of the main US carriers, which is quite commendable.
Airlines are a service business, not a transportation business, just like restaurants aren't a feeding business!
