Bush was a biochemist and physiologist, was associate chief of staff for research and development at the Veterans Administration Hospital in White River Junction, Vt. and was a professor of physiology and psychiatry at Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover.
While a professor of physiology at Birmingham University in 1964, Dr. Bush became the third head of one of the university’s science department to resign his post and leave for the United States.

I have a quick question...Is there or was there (if so, what happened to it) a medical school in cambridge, england by the name of Grace University School of Medicine?
It's one of those slightly risky off-shore medical school satellite campuses rather than a true British medical school.
I think (like most of the other schools like it in the U.K.) that is has dissolved.
