Dudley Mall - Birmingham to Kidderminster & Worcester Rail Services
The Worcester side of the station is separately reached from the adjacent Acre Lane which crosses the line to a tee-junction, with the left stub going down alongside the station, giving parking on both sides of the road.
The Birmingham platform has a smooth approach from a free parking area for about 15-20 cars, though the land itself is on a slope.
A small parking area is adjacent to the station building with level access, but the opposite platform is a long walk from the level crossing if you can't use the overbridge.

Moor Street Station for Bullring Birmingham - Tyseley Locomotive Works & Vintage Trains restoration assistance
The station at Snow Hill (which had been closed in the 1970's and demolished) was rebuilt and opened in 1987.
However this meant that the original Moor Street terminal station was redundant and a new modern station was built alongside the original on the former non-stop lines (at the south end of the tunnel).
The original GWR Moor Street station (which was built by the GWR and opened in 1908) survived the closures of the 1960's and 1970's and was retained solely for the commuter service to Stratford-upon-Avon.

 Chase Line News
Snow Hill is a 10-15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street, where most onward connections are to be found.
The old flip board currently in use is inflexible - new stations are hard to accommodate (the two Rugeley stations are lumped under 'Rugeley') and inaccuracies are common (the Birmingham-Hednesford evening and Sunday services are sometimes shown as travelling north of Walsall to Bloxwich, Bloxwich North and Chester).
The extremely successful Tame Bridge Parkway station, on the Walsall line, may be used as a template for the new station - it too lies on the edge of residential areas rather than in the middle, and entices passengers with its large car park and frequent services.

Solihull station is at a prime focus of local transport, with a whole pack of bus routes calling near the station door.
The whole station is new and hence very modern, though the luxury is confined to ground level: the platforms are up on an embankment with two draughty shelters on each side.
Although the station offers a limited amount of parking (with 3 disabled spaces), it was cram- packed on our visit, and because Warwick is a touristy historic town built with narrow pre-car streets, parking generally is both difficult and expensive.
