Birmingham, Hodge Hill is a constituency in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
When the Hodge Hill area committee district of Birmingham was created in 2004 its boundaries were those of the constituency.
The current Member of Parliament is Liam Byrne of the Labour Party, who was elected in the 2004 by-election.

In my constituency, just under 10,000 electors are missing from the census, and 6,000 have disappeared over the past six years.

Half the energy currently used in the UK is wasted, and could be saved by using it more efficiently, in homes, businesses and transport.

The Birmingham Disability Resource Centre was the brainchild of a local disability rights organisation: The Birmingham Disability Rights Group.
As an organisation controlled by disabled people, they argued that disabled people's experience of discrimination and social inequality often resulted in the denial of the opportunity and right of disabled people to speak on their own behalf and take their own decisions.
They were set up in 1981 by disabled people to promote full equality and participation in UK society, and now represent some 126 groups run by disabled people in the UK at national level.
