Black people - Uncyclopedia, the content-free encyclopedia
The term "fl" as applied to "fl people" is a misnomer; there are many gradations of skin tone seen on people of African descent, but none of them are actually fl.
"Black People" are also known to to be the most racist among all races of the world, but to deny their own racism they go around accusing others of racism.
Black people are attracted to shiny things (aluminum foil, grills, aluminum foil grills), white women (your mom), and dumbass rap songs that go with the same beat as Mary Had A Little Lamb.

Black people - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Black, also referred to as Negro or Colored (which is generally considered offensive) (noun, fl or fls; adjective, fl people), is a term used as a form of ethno-racial classification.
The phrase, "people of color," is sometimes used as a euphemism for "Black" in exhortations of global non-White solidarity in the face of global Whiteness, but this specific usage is apparently not widespread.
Among these are the people of the Mascarene Islands in the Indian Ocean and the inhabitants of highland Madagascar.

In exile from 1974 onwards BCM activists and organizers re-built the movement as the Black Consciousness Movement of Azania (BCMA) and in 1980, became the external wing of AZAPO, with an interim executive leadership committee.

Black slaves worked and lived in these farms, isolated from the rest of the country; the owners only went to oversee the crops once a year.
Many fls had to migrate to Panama or other countries when they were dispossessed of their land or even of their job at the banana company.
However, the fls didn't only contribute to the economy and progress of the nation, since elements of their culture, such as their language, religion, food and music, shaped a whole new culture in the Caribbean, and eventually extended to the rest of the country.

 Black Radical Congress: National Campaign
In essence, Blacks are struggling, as we have in the past, to maintain and improve basic civil and social rights - the right to health care and shelter, the right to vote, the right to public education, the right to work for decent pay and job security.
As more Black people are pushed from welfare rolls and Black people find it increasingly difficult to find living wage employment, they are disproportionately finding them-selves incarcerated in a private, for-profit prison industrial complex.
And, while Black youth are less likely than their white counterparts to use drugs, 75 percent of juvenile defendants charged with a drug offense in an adult court are Black.

As this generation contemplates the challenges facing Black people in the new century, it must also face the reality that the demographics of the U.S. have changed dramatically in the last 50 years with significant numbers of other peoples of color, particularly Latinos and Asians, migrating to these shores in large numbers.
Indeed, Black people need a pattern of self supporting social, cultural-educational, economic and political institutions which orient young people to the credo of committing time, talent and resources to the Black community and offer opportunities for youth and students to render service to the community.
Black youth and students can lead the way by helping to activate the millions of young people between the ages of 18-24 who are not registered and/or do not vote.

PBS - THE WEST - Black Kettle
Black Kettle lived on the vast territory in western Kansas and eastern Colorado that had been guaranteed to the Cheyenne under the Fort Laramie Treaty of 1851.
Black Kettle, fearing that overwhelming U.S. military power might result in an even less favorable settlement, agreed to the treaty in 1861 and did what he could to see that the Cheyenne obeyed its provisions.
Black Kettle was again among the chiefs who signed this treaty, the Medicine Lodge Treaty of 1867, but after his people had settled on their new reservation, they did not receive the provisions they had been promised, and by year's end, more and more of them were driven to join Roman Nose and his band.

 Black People Love Us!
I understand that this reader's nightmare was that a group of white people came up with this idea, and are using fl people to populate the farce, but s/he's being so roundabout with the argument that it sounds a little bit racist itself (not to mention pedantic and academically lame).
To achieve that success I feel that it is critical for fl people to turn away from victimhood that is so prominent on the left.
Read the quotes on the front page: "You're so cool, you're different, you're not like other Black people!" Every one of the quotes is a textbook example of things that white people say to their fl friends to make it apparent that they are not racist, like they deserve some prize for that.

Black Radical Congress: Black Feminist Caucus
The Black Feminist Caucus (BFC) is a women-led group working within the Black Radical Congress (BRC) to build a movement for the liberation of Black people.
We believe that the Black liberation movement fights for a world in which Black people and all people are free from economic exploitation, and all forms of oppression and discrimination.
A critical part of our Black feminist vision is the militant opposition to homophobia (fear, animosity, discrimination and violence against lesbians, gay, bisexual, and trans-gendered people) and heterosexism (the privileges, recognition and rights enjoyed only by heterosexuals and the assumption that heterosexuality is the only "normal" sexual identity).

Young, Black, and in the Military
A lot of the things that people do in gangs are harmful to themselves and to others, but there is nothing inherently wrong with getting together with a group of other young people and noticing that you have a connection with these people.
However, young people who join the military are made to think of themselves as better than those fl young people who are in gangs, regardless of what those young people do in their gang.
While some fl men were being accused of being violent and crippling our country, those of us in the military were being trained to use violence to represent the US, and this was considered to be okay.

Therefore, the Black church has not much deviated from its original intent, which is to control the actions of Afrikan people by using a few Eurocentric religious symbols that will create predictable responses shown in the action of Afrikan people.
Also, it must be remembered that in earlier decades many fl folks could not read and had to depend on a preacher to tell them “thus sayeth the lord.” many of whom were agents of the white supremacist system either by ignorance or by choice.
There are many Black folks in the church today who call themselves ‘Afrocentric Christians’ only for lack of a better Afrocentric term, and recognize that the Bible is about a group of African people who suffered oppression and their attempts for FREEDOM and reconciliation with the Creator (Elohim).

Despite the relative absence of media coverage and working with limited funds, people of African descent traveled across the country, some coming from as far away as the Caribbean, Canada, and Europe to be at this historic event.
We should remind ourselves that economic, social, and political conditions confronting Black people today are not an aberration, but a deliberate consequence of the unequal and oppressive institutions of power and privilege that define that "mainstream." We will never transform and democratize U.S. society by conforming the established rules of the political game.
Building upon the rich traditions of national Black conventions and congresses of the past by constructing networks of activists is a necessary step forward into the future.

Knowing that very few positive messages are coming from so-called “mainstream” media, you would think our Black media would take up the slack and do more to uplift, enlighten, and educate our people rather than acquiesce to the desires of those who control the vast majority of the media outlets in this country.

There are Black folks who control media outlets that do not operate in the best interests of Black people.
