 Britain.tv Wikipedia - Black Death
The Black Death, also known as the Black Plague, was a devastating pandemic that first struck Europe in the mid-late-14th century (1347–1351), killing between a third and two thirds of Europe's population.
The Black Death hit the monasteries very hard because of their close quarters with the sick, who had come to the monasteries seeking aid, so that there was a severe shortage of clergy after the epidemic cycle.
Inspired by Black Death, Danse Macabre is an allegory on the universality of death and a common painting motif in late-medieval periods.

Black Bart, Pirate of the Caribbean
If we are to believe it, Black Bart was perhaps the most successful pirate of all time, with the capture of over 400 ships and over £50 million of booty * in a career that spanned a mere 2 years and six months.
Roberts first act as the new captain was to revenge Davis' death by returning to Principe to sack and butcher the town as retribution.
Black Bart was caught with this second broadside, having half his neck ripped out by a one inch ball of grape shot.

If you grant the point that fl males commit a disproportionate percentage of violent crime, then you must grant the point that fl males will get an appropriately higher level of police attention, as those police attempt to solve those violent crimes.
It is ludicrous to expect police to act as if they know nothing about a suspect when they know, if nothing else, that he is male, Arab, that he belongs to a Radical Islamic Mosque and has connections with others who have ties to known terrorist groups.
It is equally ludicrous to expect that when fl skin is part of what is known about a particular suspect, the police should overlook that fact (and any others that might tend to "offend" the delicate sensitivities of selected groups).

 Pirate Utopias (Do or Die)
In the 17th century fls found on pirate ships were not tried with the other pirates because it was assumed they were slaves, but by the 18th century they were being executed alongside their white 'brethren'.
The 'Act for the More Effectual Suppression of Piracy' also enforced the use of the death penalty and gave rewards for resisting pirate attack, but most importantly, it was not trial by jury but by a special court of naval officers.

The draughtsman of the Act of Union with Scotland 1706 was no less ambitious than the draughtsman of the 1972 Act, providing in Article 25, which refers to essential and fundamental requirements of the Union, that every professor of a Scottish university should subscribe to the Confession of Faith.
Like language in the Act of Union with Ireland 1800 was intended to entrench the union of the established Church of England and Ireland (Dicey, Law of the Constitution, 10th ed., at 66), but the religious union between England and Ireland was swept away by the Irish Church Act 1869.
The Act is not a temporary Act, it makes no reference to the directive and worse, from the point of view of the minister, there is an express reference to charging fees for performance of community obligation in s.76.

1876, I think, was more of a tragedy, particularly for the four million-plus fl citizens of the South who, as an at least indirect result of this election, were put back into a condition of at least involuntary segregation for the next 90-plus years.
So that left eight Republicans and seven Democrats on the Electoral Commission and after weeks of hearings and testimony and test votes and back and forth, the Electoral Commission voted eight to seven in each case to give the electoral votes to Rutherford B. Hayes and the Republicans.

We expect political parties to act in their own best political interest, and the 3 most populous counties that had voted for its nominee presented the Florida Democratic Party with its best prospects for turning the election around.
That the Democratic Party predictably acted in its own best interests in using the state law recount machinery to ensure that intended votes which would otherwise be disregarded would only be counted in counties favoring its candidate does not end the inquiry.

The ‘Blacks’ defended the customs of the commoners; the commoners were both criminalised and racialised in the discourse of the enclosers, the privatisers, and the big wigs.
The Waltham Black Act of 1722 thus became, among other things, a means of drawing a colour line and criminalising common right.
Blacking, wrote the anonymous historian in that treasured pamphlet history, commenced ‘about the times of general confusion, when the late pernicious schemes of the South Sea Company boure all things down before them, and laid waste what the industry and good husbandry of families had gather’d together.’
