Black Christmas is a 2006 remake of the 1974 film of the same name.
Leigh grabs Kelli and pulls her to safety as the Christmas tree catches fire (along with the rest of the attic) and falls into the hole, burning Agnes and Billy.
She grabs some crutches that are in the hall and starts to beat him with it, losing control and screaming "Merry Christmas you fucker!" She turns to run, thinking he is unconscious but he grabs her foot, causing her to fall over a medical cart.

Working from a budget of $620,000 and an eight week shooting schedule, the film was shot in 35mm format utilizing Panavision cameras and lenses in and around Toronto during the winter of 1974.

Although "Black Christmas" is supposedly a dud, an interesting Euro poster for the remake has emerged, plus a new domestic one.
The original "Black Christmas," already released to DVD once in the U.S. before, is heading to disc again to cash in on the Dec. 25 release of the remake, according to DavisDVD.
This is good news indeed because the original "Black Christmas" is one of the most seminal horror films of all time, one of the best of the 1970s and something that has only previously been available in a non-anamorphic format on DVD.
