Assuming the Black Swan effect is real, then art and literature critics tend to necessarily  impart overcausative explanations ex post that match some traits in the artist to the initial conditions.
Black Swans are unpredictable in the sense that conditional at the times of occurrence I hold that they do not seem to carry any measurable probability

For what it's worth, fl swans are native to Australia and, as far as I am aware, nowhere else.
I think "the beautiful lake of the fl swan" is a place that only exists in Dylan's imagination.
It's not just that the swan is fl (traditional death colour), but there's the next line that has "big white clouds, like chariots that swing down low", which echoes the spiritual with chariots that are "coming to take me home" (ie heaven).
