		The Black Terror is a fictional character and a superhero who originally appeared in Exciting Comics #9, published by Nedor Comics in 1941.
		Some Black Terror stories were written by Patricia Highsmith before she became an acclaimed novelist.
		The Black Terror, along with other heroes from Nedor Comics, were revived by Alan Moore in his series Tom Strong, published by America's Best Comics.

		There's plenty of nasty fl magic mumbo-jumbo crap going on like insect attacks, worm-infested drownings, flying heads, exploding sores, fireballs etc. The sound effects and dubbing department are hilarious, which makes this film all the more worthwhile.
		Sometimes I just can't help but think of this movie as a good counterpart to the cannibal films that came out of Italy in the late '70s/early '80s, despite the fact that there are no cannibals in this movie.
