The proposed Blaenau Gwent Foyer is a development by Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council and United Welsh Housing Association.
The project’s steering group, originally launched by Tredegar Development Trust, commissioned a needs analysis for the proposed Foyer and is in the process of investigating a number of possible sites in partnership with the local authority.
