 | | The impact is evident in southern Idaho where invasive weeds species, included spotted and diffuse knapweed, thistle, leafy spurge and toadflax, are decreasing biodiversity, reducing the availability of wildlife and livestock forage, and increasing soil erosion. |
 | | This group includes members of the Camas and Blaine County Cooperative Weed Management Areas, Blaine County Soil Conservation District, the University of Idaho Cooperative Extension, Forest Service-Forest Health Protection, Idaho Department of State Lands, the Environmental Resource Center and the Bureau of Land Management. |
 | | The goal for the 2003 season is establish populations of biological control insects in Blaine County, Idaho and to also create rearing facilities for those species that can be effectively raised in an insectary. |
