Celtic to meet Sundowns in final
Bloemfontein Celtic will meet Mamelodi Sundowns in the final of the Telkom Charity Cup after they beat Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 on Saturday afternoon.
Celtic almost took the lead four minutes later when Siyabonga Nkosi played Kleinbooi Taaibos clear through, but Chiefs keeper Fernandez rushed off his line to challenge Taaibos and although the Celtic midfielder won the ball, Fernandez’s challenge did enough to put him off and Chiefs skipper Patrick Mabedi was on hand to clear the danger.
Celtic launched a quick counter-attack which culminated in Kilambe receiving the ball wide on the right and the striker beat his marker to pass to a teammate, whose effort on goal was parried by Fernandez, for Moses Spandeel to blast home from close range, to secure the place in the final.

EAST LONDON-- The Premier Soccer League's decision yesterday to order Bloemfontein Celtic to replay their match against Bush Bucks has renewed hopes of a better finish in the league by the Umtata side.
The PSL disciplinary committee yesterday fined Celtic R75 000 and ordered them to replay the match after the Bloemfontein side fielded a suspended player in a 1-0 victory over Bucks in March.
Besides the importance of the match for the Bloemfontein side, two other PSL clubs will be praying for Celtic to lose to ease their own relegation worries.
