  Blood Brothers
Blood Brothers have become increasingly uncommon in the modern nights, mostly due to the fact that the Tremere antitribu no longer exist to create new ones, while the existing Blood Brothers have typical Sabbat rates of Final Death.
Blood Brothers cannot Embrace (a fail-safe put in place by clever experimenters who had no desire to repeat the Gargoyle fiasco), yet they are vampires in every other respect, including the ability to create ghouls.
Some critics speculate that the undead mind of the Blood Brother is incapable of coping with situations of prolonged absence from other members of his circle, but the a few notable individual vampires of the bloodline have proven able to adapt to this eventuality.

Patients are sometimes transfused with "whole blood" straight from the vein, and many people opt, for various reasons, to donate and freeze their own blood for their own later use.
Red blood cells are used to treat blood loss and anemia, while plasma (the salty, protein-rich broth) is for burns and traumas, and platelets and clotting factors speed the healing of wounds and ease the side effects of hemophilia and chemotherapy.
Hemoglobin is the oxygen-carrying molecule that makes red blood cells red—or blue, when they're carrying CO from the tissues back to the lungs—and as early as 1916, researchers were adding hemoglobin to saline as an experimental blood substitute.

The Blood Brothers: Burn Piano Island, Burn - PopMatters Music Review
This is why the Blood Brothers' third full-length opus, Burn Piano Island, Burn, is the most prolific, beautiful, and vital statement of rock since the Stooges' Raw Power.
The disc's 37-second opener, "Guitarmy", is the Blood Brothers' rallying cry -- "We wrapped your corvette in cellophane, set it aflame / We doused your TV set in propane" -- as it paves the groundwork for Piano Island's 11 ensuing tracks of postmodern punk rock.
The Blood Brothers exist so far apart from every other rock collective that they're alien to the genre's now tame and docile being, yet absolutely vital to its existence as a challenging, nihilistic and brutal art form.

Recorded live in the Brother's hometown, Seattle, at the 10 Anniversary Party of the Old Fire House, which is, I'm sure, one of the first places that the Blood Brothers played as a band.
The overall power of The Blood Brothers live can be seen in the visual display of the show itself, however, dual screaming usually doesn't translate well at all when it's done live, without the aide of production.
One of the best ways to evaluate this DVD as well as the huge difference in live and recorded Blood Brothers would be to compare these three recorded tracks to the live cuts "Guitarmy" and "Cecilia And The Silhouette Saloon" all of which are off of the new album.
