Even if you took the blood test, breath test, or urine test requested by a police officer, you MAY be facing license suspension or license revocation (sometimes called "ALR" or "ALS") if your breath, blood or urine test result exceeded the state's prohibited level.
The crime comes from IMPAIRED driving, or DRIVING with an “unlawful blood alcohol level” (” UBAL ”, or “per se” DUI / DWI as lawyers refer to it) in your blood, breath or urine [for those who have submitted to blood testing or breathalyzer testing ].
Every state in America has penalties relating to "refusal" to submit to an officer's requested blood tests, breath tests, urine tests or other test(s) (each state's requirement depends on state law).

The Relationship of Blood- and Urine-Boron to Boron Exposure in Borax-Workers and the Usefulness of Urine-Boron as an Exposure Marker
Blood and urine samples were obtained on Monday morning prior to the beginning of the work week, Monday afternoon at the end of the first day of work, at the end of work on Thursday, and at the end of work on Friday.
The postshift blood- and urine-boron concentrations did not increase across the days of the work week, indicating that at the levels of exposure experienced by these workers (up to a mean of 27.9 mg boron/day or 0.38 mg boron/kg/day) there was no evidence of boron accumulation.
column, which is a measure of the proportion of variance in the blood or urine accounted for by each model, indicates that measures of boron in the breakfast and the food consumed during the work shift did not contribute to the predictive power of the measured inhaled borax.

 Blood Glucose Monitoring Devices
Monitoring glucose levels via the urine is problematic for several reasons: First, blood glucose concentrations above which glucose appears in the urine vary widely among individuals, so the tests are not very reliable.
Although today's monitors are small, easier to use than early ones, and reasonably priced at between $50 and $100, they all require users to prick their fingers to provide a blood sample for testing.
For millions of Americans with diabetes, regular home testing of blood glucose levels is critical in controlling their disease.

 Blood-Alcohol Test Result Assumptions
When a subject's urine is analyzed for blood-alcohol, a presumption exists that there are 1.3 parts of alcohol in the bladder's urine for every 1 part of alcohol in the blood.
For example, all breath testing devices depend on the assumption that the ratio between alcohol in the exhaled breath and alcohol in the blood is 1 to 2100.
The blood-alcohol level at the time of testing is not relevant to the charge, of course and so the state will offer evidence to show what the level was when the defendant was driving.
