Blossom (television) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Blossom was a half-hour comedy television series broadcast from 1991 to 1995 on NBC.
When Blossom premiered on NBC January 3, 1991, Blossom was 13 years old, and was arguably the most mature member of her TV family.

 Encyclopedia: Blossom (television)
Centre of attention was Blossom, a smart and mature-beyond-her-years teenage girl (13 at the series' start) who was acutely aware that she wasn't cheerleader or prom-queen material but who was determined to make the most of life all the same.
For a while Blossom had a steady boyfriend, Vinnie, a streetwise Italian kid, but the writers found more mileage when she was on the lookout for romance.
Blossom may seem contrived in retrospect, a calculated attempt to create a show that touched all the bases, but it undoubtedly succeeded in striking a chord with teen viewers.
