  Global Neighbourhoods: Interview: Bob Lutz
Bob's biggest mistake, and I've posted comments to his blog about this, is failing to respond to user comments within the comment thread, rather than in a summarizing post.
Bob doesn't read comments, so the "interactive" aspect of the blog is unreal, this is a Pseudo Blog, violating almost all the core values of blogging, defying the Universal Blog Mantra.
Bob is not one of us, he is no blogger.

Straightline - Bob Lutz, the man with the Midas touch
What sets Lutz apart from his peers, is his incredible sense of design, and most important—how to inspire the designers under him—plus the ability to get those great designs approved for production—and damn the bean counters and the endless line of corporate beaucrats that inevitably get in the way.
