Robert Nelson Wareing (born August 20, 1930, Liverpool) is a Labour politician in the United Kingdom and Member of Parliament for Liverpool West Derby.
He is a member of the Socialist Campaign Group, and frequently rebels against the government.

BOB Wareing, a veteran Labour backbencher, last night became the first MP to be disciplined under new "anti-sleaze" powers adopted by the House of Commons.
Sir Gordon said Mr Wareing should have registered both his shareholding and his directorship in Robert Wareing Ltd, since the £6,000 was clearly intended to benefit either him or the company of which he was a sole director.
The MP said he had not previously appreciated the distinction between directorships and shareholding under the rules of the House, and Sir Gordon acknowledged that the guidance was not as clear-cut as it should have been.

BOB Wareing, the former Labour whip suspended after allegations that he breached Parliamentary rules, has denied failing to declare any registerable pecuniary interests.
The chairman in the last Parliament of the Commons all-party Yugoslavia group, Mr Wareing was criticised in 1995 by his own colleagues for meeting the Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic.
Mr Wareing was reported at the time to have defended the trip as a visit to see the situation "first hand" after he said the western allies had taken decisions "without cool and rational consideration of actual events".

Mr Wareing is expected to make a personal statement in the Commons today apologising for his conduct after being censured by the Standards and Privileges Committee in its first report earlier this year.
An internal investigation cleared Mr Graham of any involvement in the suicide in July of Gordon McMaster, MP for Paisley South, but the report said he should be questioned about other matters, along with two suspended councillors, Harry Revie and Olga Clayton.
