Clarke’s career reads like a fairytale: a small town boy who overcomes the odds, leads his team to the supreme treasure, and finally, attains immortality in his sport.
Clarke’s tenacious pursuit of the puck and disdain for the opposition were never more evident than in the fabled 1972 Summit Series featuring the NHL’s top pros on Team Canada versus Soviet Union players.
Most recently, Clarke was honored in May 1999 as the greatest center in WHL history as chosen by a panel of journalists, WHL officials, and league historians.

Robert Earle "Bobby" Clarke OC (born August 13, 1949 in Flin Flon, Manitoba) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player and was formerly the general manager of the Philadelphia Flyers.
Clarke played for fifteen seasons in the NHL, from 1969 to 1984, and was one of the great stars of the sport during his playing days, notable for a ferocious will, tenacious defense play and scoring prowess.
The second, the Bobby Clarke Trophy, is awarded annually to the Team MVP of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Other sources have reported that Clarke is no longer in possession of the videotape, which I would presume to mean he has found someone to enhance, and possible verify the videotape as authentic.
I do know that Clarke has spoken to some authorities on the subject, and has taken the video to Winnipeg to be analyzed, and enhanced, and to speak with his lawyer.
My hope is that Clarke will then license the video to a more scientifically oriented program...The validity of these sorts of things are usually equated with the reputation of the show it`s appearing on, and how it`s presented...If their reputation is to preceed them, it doesn`t look good.

After ignoring Clarke in the First Edition, BAP went all out and included 10 different Clarke cards in the Second Edition, which was limited to 25,000 total cards.
The Clarke card is worse than most as the dark green border blends in to the picture so you can barely see where one ends and the other begins.
