Jackson is one of three Hornets starters sidelined with injuries, joining Peja Stojakovic (back spasms) and David West (right forearm strain).
Jackson is a 42.3 per cent shooter as a pro, having averaged 10.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 22.6 minutes in 571 games (128 starts) over 10 NBA seasons with the Denver Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves, Sacramento Kings, Memphis Grizzlies and Hornets.
