  Basics of Bode Plots
Bode plots for a system consists of 2 plots -- the magnitude of H(s=jw) plotted vs. frequency, and the phase of H(s=jw) plotted vs. frequency.
In the plots z1 is the first zero shown in H(s), p1 is the first pole, etc. p34 is the pair of complex conjugate poles.
Although the "bode" function in MATLAB can generate the actual curves very quickly and accurately, the effect of a single pole or zero is shown clearly in an asymptotic plot.

 Bode plots
Bode plots use a linear vertical scale for the amplitude plot, but since dB units are used, the effect is that the vertical scale is plotted according to the logarithm of the amplitude.
In both the impedance and phase plots, the x-axis is the w axis scaled for frequency in Hz.
The results are shown on the Bode plot of amplitude that follows, where the straight-line segments are shown as thin dash-dot-dot lines.

The bode plot represents the transfer function of a circuit or system by a log(amplitude or power) vs log(frequency) and a phase vs log(frequency) plot.
Red line is linear plot of the same function using the same horizontal log scale but a vertical linear scale(0 to 4/3).
Plots are similar to the above but now the slope of the high frequency line is 40dB per decade and the resonant behaviour gives rise to the characteristic peak in the response.

Usually the gain in decibels, abbreviated dB, and the phase are plotted linearly along the y axis on graph paper that has several cycles of a log scale on the x axis.
Therefore, the phase curve is often not plotted at all.

If you plot the real part on the X axis and the imaginary part on the Y axis of a chart (the Y axis is negative), you obtain a representation of the impedance at each frequency.
In this case, the log of frequency is plotted on the X axis, and both the absolute value of the impedance Z and the phase shift are plotted on the Y axis.
Bode and Nyquist plots are useful in examining the frequency response of the sensor.

I don't use EWB or whatever that is, but in general, you need to open the loop to do a Bode plot on an oscillator.
When you do an AC simulation, which is how you get a Bode plot, all nonlinear components (diodes, in this case) are linearized to have constant parameters (R and C), independent of the instantaneous voltage across them.
When the circuit is oscillating, it produces a single frequency, you can't get a bode plot from that.

To plot the frequency response, we create a vector of frequencies (varying between zero or "DC" and infinity) and compute the value of the plant transfer function at those frequencies.

We can also read off the plot that for an input frequency of 0.3 radians, the output sinusoid should have a magnitude about one and the phase should be shifted by perhaps a few degrees (behind the input).

Once we have collected the phase and amplitude response for many frequencies, one of the most intuitive ways to display it is to plot the amplitude response vs. frequency and the phase response vs. frequency and put it on one plot.
