This was symptomatic of a stupid 80's and early 90's trend, where CD producers thought we'd be confused if a song on a compact disc made reference to vinyl, so they'd just edit the reference out.
Fortunately, the Bonzo's track is complete on the US One Way CD of Tadpoles, and the UK Awareness label CD of Magnetic South features the Nez track.
Rhino used this version on their The Best Of The Bonzo Dog Band CD from 1990.
