Although this book lacks any action, the plot makes up for it in its way to make you feel like you are in the play.
For instance, the main action in the book is a wedding that is hardly developed and twins being born that never really get brought up again.
With the void of action in the book, if it went into more (or any for that matter) about the characters, I don't think any sane person would be able to sit down and read it.

The next International Book Town Festival will take place in Fjaerland, Norway, from Sunday 18th till Sunday 25th of June 2006, including the Saturday when the first Norwegian Book Village will celebrate its 10th anniversary during its yearly midsummernight book fair.

The organisers have said that there was a lot of interest in the project and they believe that it will help tackle deprivation locally.

About a year ago, a number of people who were selling online decided to try a slightly different co-operative venture in bookselling by opening up a place for independent booksellers to show a unified front to book buyers while maintaining more of the flavor of independent stores, and Global Book Town was the end result.
It now lists over 50 independent stores offering books for sale through their own private sites where customers can browse or search within a single bookstore's books or look through a category list to see who specializes in certain book types.

In DI, you can find Tomes of all spells including Town portals, but I don't think you can find them at any set place, you just have to look.
Books of Town Portal are naturally abundant in the Catacombs, also they can be purchased from Ardria the Witch for about 3000 gold.

This is basically a Minute Book of the Town Council meetings though it also contains many items which one would normally expect to be separate, for example the list of those taxed for 10th and 15ths at the opening of the published volume for 1602.
It contains many references to newcomers to the town and orders for their removal in default of proving that they could maintain themselves.
A fascinating source for general information on town life and what was considered important by the town authorities and worthy of recording.
