The four blood types are: O, A, B, and AB; and the further refinements by racial ancestry are broken down for those who are of Asian ancestry, for those who are of Black and African ancestry, and for those who are of Caucasian ancestry.
The publisher of the book felt that naming the book the "digestion diet" wouldn’t communicate well to the public what the author was trying to describe and that it wouldn't sell very well, therefore.
Despite the book's editing flaws, the book is a good reference source to help individuals improve their dietary and overall eating habits.

Book type - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Book Type is a field of four bits at the start of every DVD (in the physical format information section of the control data block) that indicates what the physical format of the disc is. Many devices will use this "Book Type Field" to determine how the disc should be treated.
For DVD+R, DVD+RW, and DVD+R DL discs, it is possible to change the Book Type field value to the value for DVD-ROM in order to fool older devices that do not recognize newer Book Type Field values (this process is known as bitsetting).
The same Book Type value is used for both single-layer and dual-layer pressed DVD-ROM discs.

Several books provide case studies so that those wishing to integrate psychological type into their practices can see how type helps in conceptualizing a client problem and setting the direction for therapy.
A Casebook: Applications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® in Counseling by Judith A. Provost and The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® in Counseling by Mary H. MCCaulley are excellent examples.
There are an increasing number of "type" books available addressing issues of relationships, families, grieving and loss, mothering, etc. However, learning to use psychological type in a therapy setting is most effectively done by the therapist's efforts to continue increasing his/her own knowledge and experience with type.

This book was my first foray into the realm of types, myers-briggs, etc. It has a short personality test at the beginning and many fascinating descriptions of different combinations of the enneagram.
Because the book is attempting to pull popular type theory closer to its Jungian foundations, its point of view is not always compatible with temperament theory as popularized by Keirsey.
Criticisms of "Personality Type" based on the assumption that its conclusions ought to be the same as Keirsey's are misinformed and undermine the value of both type and temperament systems as useful in their contexts.
