For instance, Pope Callixtus III, of the Borgia family, made two of his nephews Cardinals; one of them, Rodrigo, later used his position as a Cardinal as a stepping stone to the papacy, becoming Pope Alexander VI.
Families elsewhere have also dominated politics of their homeland, such as Tun Abdul Razak, the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, and his son, Najib Tun Razak, the current Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.

The Borgias were a group of talented men and women whose spectacular rise in Renaissance Italy aroused much envy and hatred among their contemporaries.
Rodrigo Borgia was born on Xafiva in Spain in 1431.
The Borgias were patrons of the arts and they allowed the Renaissance to flourish.

Presumably, you can do a Library of Congress Subject Heading search under her name: Borgia, Lucrezia, though you may want as well to search for material on her relatives or even on the heading Borgia Family.
One reference is especially interesting: "What advice would you give to Lucrezia Borgia?" This is a review of a book of case studies in biochemical problems.
