 Bosnian Institute News: Auschwitz
Bosnia-Herzegovina was represented by Borislav Paravac, a member of the presidency, an open supporter and follower of the Chetniks who, working in close collaboration with the fascists, committed during World War II great crimes in the area of former Yugoslavia.
As their ideological progeny, the SDS - of which Paravac is a member - planned and implemented the ethnic cleansing of the non-Serb population of Bosnia-Herzegovina, including the establishment of concentration camps for them.
Paravac’s presence at Auschwitz demonstrates that our government is deeply anti-civilisational, that it is based on violence and crime, hatred and fear, inhumanity, hypocritical lies and manipulation, on a lasting and mutually sustained pact between our domestic fascists, who claim to be guardians of patriotism.

BELGRADE, July 6 (Beta) - Borislav Paravac, a member of the Bosnian presidency, said Bosnia Herzegovina's genocide lawsuit against the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia at the International Court of Justice was illegitimate and put pressure on their mutual relations as well as relations within Bosnia itself.
The weekend issue of the Blic paper quoted Paravac that the suit should be dropped since the EU "will accept neither Bosnia nor Serbia Montenegro if they have a legacy of unsolved problems."
"The European Union does not want to accept anybody who could cause instability in any way," said Paravac, adding that it would also benefit Bosnia "since Serbia Montenegro is a prospective foreign partner." He added that Bosnia was cooperating well with Serbia Montenegro and Croatia, although good relations needed to be encouraged.

Paravac reminded that the BiH Constitutional Court had turned a blind eye with regard to the implementation of the Law on Constitutionality of Peoples as the FBiH House of Peoples, which confirms laws adopted by the Federation parliament's House of Representatives, only elected nine Serb delegates from the statutory 17.
"Bearing in mind that there are only nine Serb delegates, they are unable legally to invoke vital national interests as a two-thirds majority or 12 delegates are required to do this," Paravac explained in a statement for the media during yesterday's visit to Pale.
Paravac believes that because of this the 116 laws adopted in the Federation parliament were contrary to the decision of the Constitutional Court with regard to the constitutionality of peoples in BiH and the BiH Constitution decrees regulating human rights, international standards and prohibition of discrimination.
