		Suppose someone is born in a country where their parents are temporarily resident on a long term business trip abroad.
		The child grows up in similar fashion as any of their peers do who were born there, but may encounter others later in life who [wrongly] consider them to be less of a citizen when they learn this individual was born outside of the country.
		A person can be born in a jus soli country to foreign parents and shortly after spend the rest of their life out of the country.
