 | | The delivered bouillon (soup and gravy bases) shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local mandatory requirements and regulations relating to the preparation, packaging, labeling, storage, distribution, and sale of bouillon (soup and gravy bases) within the commercial marketplace. |
