The hymn tune "Bow Brickhill" by Sydney Nicholson was composed in honour of the church here, after it played host to Nicholson and his choristers from Westminster Abbey in 1923.
Bow Brickhill is a village in the county of Milton Keynes in England, though before 1995 it was in Buckinghamshire.
The church stood in ruins for many years, services having ceased long before the English Civil War took place, so the church was demolished and completely rebuilt in 1757.

I was at the Cartographic Congress today and checked the map, and sure enough "Limehouse" station used to be called Stepney Junction Station and was in Ratcliffe, and the Westferry DLR station is where the old West India Docks station used tbe in Limehouse.
The fact is that it is inaccurate to descibe Bow Road as a tube station.
