Although the Baysox had David Newhan in the lineup on a Major League rehab assignment, the Akron Aeros were too much for the 'Sox as the team from the Rubber Capital snuck away with a victory for the second consecutive night.
The weather was great for baseball Friday night in Bowie but the Baysox defense was not as Radhames Liz was victimized by a first inning throwing error which lead to three runs and poor defense, putting the Baysox in a tight bind.
The Baysox were two outs away from beating the Binghamton Mets for just the second time this season when a passed ball and a three hits, including a triple and a game winning RBI double allowed the Mets to pull one out from underneath the Baysox hopes.

Wilken finished with four hits, including an RBI single in the eighth when Bowie scored four times to tie the game at 6-6.
Rogers capped the rally in the eighth with a run-scoring double, his third RBI of the night.
