Box Hill North is a suburb of Melbourne, Australia, in the state of Victoria.
Box Hill North's boundaries are Koonung Creek in the north, Elgar Road in the west, Middleborough Road in the east and Thames Street in the south.
Box Hill North does not have any shopping centres of its own, however it is connected by busses to the Box Hill Centro/Whitehorse Centro complex in Box Hill, the Westfield run Doncaster Shoppingtown in the north, and Blackburn North Square to the east.

Box Hill Senior Secondary College and Box Hill North Primary School are to receive major maintenance grants totalling $504,680 as part of a $70 million statewide school upgrade project announced this week by the State Government.
Altogether, schools in the Box Hill electorate are to receive $535,417.
The maintenance backlog had been reduced to $275 million by last year, and is expected to be further reduced to less than $190 million by the end of 1998-99.

This is the web site of Box Hill FC, the bright tangerine star that blazed brightly but briefly in the firmament of the Scarborough and District Sunday League Division Three twenty-five years ago.
These were unprecedented days, marking for many of us the transition from boyhood to adulthood, or at least from school to the real world, and perhaps Box Hill was our way of announcing to the real world that we were part of it.
