I was wondering if there was any box leagues up there for the offseason, cuase its suppose to be good for stick skills, and styaing in shape.
I come from a hockey background, so i figured box would be better, and help me play better position Defense(i play LSM and Defense in field).
There will be a box league starting up, probably toward the end of September, at "ultimate goal" in Marcellus (about 20 minutes from Syracuse).
