Teal'c and Bratac did not kill the warrior: It died of a heart attack, being engineered for strength and not longevity.
Selmak — the Tok'ra half of Jacob Carter's symbiotic being — surmises that this was intended to be a synthetic Gou'ald foot soldier.
The warrior destroys Ramius and his Jaffa, and Colonel O'Neill, Carter, Tealc, Bratac and the SGC soldiers are snared in a Goa'uld cell.

Tealc was the first to defect to the side of the tauri, he became hated and despised by the system lords and a hefty price is now on his head....
I always thought that it was a very inconsistent part of the storyline when Tealc is always branded a "Sholva" and Bratac seems to move around the galaxy free from the attention of the system lords.
Bra'tac escaped from Chulak by fleeing to Earth, wounded and carrying a dying pupil with him.

That night, Bratac lead SG1 to the Temple of Apophis, getting inside was easy, and quickly they found a balcony, from which they could see the main chamber of the temple.
The technicians were able to transplant and cultivate a supply of the herb, Sam Carter gave a sample of Aris Boch's drug that the Goa'uld had enslaved his people too, the herb also countered the effects of this drug, and after a course of doses the taker would be free of the drug.
Master Bratac thanked the SGC for their work and with the antidote rid the people of Chulak of the Goa'uld menace in the Temple of Apophis.

Well we all know that Bra'tac is a ladies man so this thread had to be created by somone it mightas well be me.
maybe i'm equating bratac with tony, who i had the pleasure of meeting for 2.3 seconds at gatecon a couple of years ago.
so i see bratac as an older man who's sown his wild oats but there is still a nice little fire smouldering in his soul.

In "Threads" Teal'c was presented with a dilemma by Bratac.
Bratac said Teal'c should take a seat on the "interm council" of the Jaffa, which would mean leaving the SG team and Earth.
Teal'c told Bra'tac that the fight wasn't over until all the Goa'uld were dead.

We cut to Teal'c on the ramp of the SGc all bloodied like in the Jaffa Killing field and he is asking for Bratac while Fraiser is trying to get him to tell her how long he has been without a symbiote.

I kinda had a feeling the young jaffa, Who joined them after giving them access to the ship, was going to double cross, but I was still surprised and kinda in a panic when he stabbed Bratac, thankfully my brain took over hello, no symbiote which Bratac quickly explained to the youth.
OMG the shipper in me was turning to jelly with the scenes between Sam and Jack, the writers have it down to a 't', fantastic.
When he revealed himself as spy for Anubis, it came to no surprise for me. Although, witnessing Jack heal Bra'tac had me in awe, and I thought it was just....wow.

Also, when Jack described Hammond to Bratac as his leader, Jack waved his hand over his head because he was going to say that Hammond is bald.
from Texas." This sticks with Bratac and every time he meets Hammond in future episodes, he greets him with the same handwave over his head and calls him "Hammond from Texas." He always does the same whenever he asks about Hammond as well.
I remember from the Lost City episode when Bratac came to the SGC and Dr. Weir had taken over he said "has Hammond of Texas fallen in battle?" I just found that amusing for some odd reason.

Tony Amendola's character, Master Bratac, was introduced back in Season 1, "Bloodlines", when Teal'c returned to Chulak to find his wife and son.
Bratac is considered a major supporting character in a recurring role, and I always look forward to seeing him on the show.

as far as I'm aware Bratac has never been without it.
Although I think it has been wondered why and it has been commented on the DVD's that Tony Amendola doesn't like the thing.
You mean they make sure Bratac always wears it because the actor doesn`t like it?
