Bracebridge Heath is a commuter village approximately 4 km (2.5 miles) south of Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
The village boundary is now much extended south in the direction of Lincoln and north towards the nearby village of Waddington Property prices increased dramatically during the period 2000-2005 as the village benefited from its close proximity to RAF Waddington.
At the south eastern end of the village there are some old aircraft hangars which were once used in the aircraft industry during the war.
