Brad Foster is the winner of the Fourth Rotsler Memorial Fanzine Artist Award.
Foster was selected as a Rotsler Award recipient in recognition of his current science fiction fan activity as well as his outstanding contributions over the last few decades.
Brad and his wife plan to use the award to help pay for a trip to Disney World early next year.

  Dr. John W. Foster
John W. Foster, Professor, received his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Hahnemann University College of Medicine (now part of Drexel University) in Philadelphia in 1979 and carried out his postdoctoral studies at Georgetown University.
Foster was honored in Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges in 1978 and was named 1994 Alumnus of the year.
As of 2006, Dr. Foster has mentored 13 doctoral students and 16 post-doctoral fellows in studies revealing the molecular strategies used by bacterial pathogens to survive stress.
