		Brandon Sanderson (born 1976) is an American fantasy author.
		Sanderson's writing is noteworthy for its epic fantasy tone, unique settings, precision magic systems, and variety of characters.
		Sanderson does not currently plan a direct sequel, but has stated that if he ever writes one it would take place ten years after the current book's events, and center around some of its very minor characters.

		Sanderson is implying Tolkien's work had, and I agree that Tolkien was perhaps ahead of his time, but I think it has more to do with people like Terry Brooks being 50 years to late.
		Sanderson (who basically looks like he got the idea at an online forum himself the way it's written) ; but it is right, many authors have done little more then add a single element of the Tolkien model, and have been succesful.

		It's another Paper Mill Bridge project in the making: the Brandon Select Board has specified a 20-ton capacity for the Sanderson Covered Bridge, and the Public Works Director said the preliminary plans suggest that most of the original timbers will have to be removed to do it.

		Brandon Sanderson is a welcome new fantasy writer with a great talent.
		I won't say "Eragon" was not entertaining, because it was, but "Elantris" was definitely far more creative.
		Harry Potter and Eragon just copy off of the old fantasy masters, but Brandon Sanderson, author of "Elantris" actually came up with something entirely new and fresh, but captivating at the same time.
