[ENT] Jammer's Review: "Breaking the Ice"
After seeing "Breaking the Ice" I've developed a new theory that says any show where space explorers build a snowman on the surface of a comet is not exactly trying to make us feel awed about the wonders of space travel.
Based on this episode, it would seem the seeds are planted for T'Pol allowing herself to learn from and adjust to the human mindset around her.
The comet rotates toward the sun, the ice melts and cracks, Mayweather is injured, and the shuttle falls into a chasm of ice.

Star Trek: Enterprise - Memory Alpha - A Wikia wiki
A Kzinti episode had been suggested as a prequel to TAS: "The Slaver Weapon", which progressed as far as a "rough rendering" of a Kzinti starship, commissioned by writer Jimmy Diggs.
Plans existed for an episode showing the construction of the first starbase, most likely in the Berengaria system.
Perhaps the most controversial of all the Star Trek spin-offs, and certainly the most polarizing, Enterprise was created in the hopes of revitalizing the Star Trek franchise - ratings for the previous series, Star Trek: Voyager, having waned near the end.

ENT looked me over said he seriuosly doubted it would be a sinus infection since the only sypmtom i was having was incredible pain.
This last episode included significant swelling on the painful side of my face (as if it were an abscess, but again there is NO tooth pain and NO infection of any kind).
Prior to going to the headache center I returned to the ENT for a second opinion and the cyst was removed (2/2002) this removed 50% of the facial pain.

The progressive release of the active ingredient improves the matching to circulating glucose levels thus ensures maximal effect during daylight (prandial) hours, and a reduced one during the nocturnal (fasting) period.
This perfect release profile is thought to contribute to the very high efficacy and the very low rate of possible hypoglycemic events reported during Diamicron MR treatment and notably to the absence of episode at night.

Ex Astris Scientia - Enterprise Inconsistencies
These are the episodes in which the transporter was not used and was not even considered an option, although an emergency situation would have required it.
"Breaking the Ice": Rescue of Reed and Mayweather from the crashed shuttle prior to the risky salvage of the shuttle itself.
Fortunately, the tendency is not yet strong enough to allow the interpretation that the producers or episode authors intentionally "forgot" the transporter out of a strange feeling of remorse because they introduced the technology prematurely.

Ex Astris Scientia - Vulcan Ship Classes
Although it is possible that the VFX people already intended the Sh'Ran to be different from the (smaller?) Surak class and just didn't finish the new model in time, the considerable visual difference does not allow the interpretation that the Sh'Ran may be of the D'Kyr type.
In the first two episodes this may be because of the battle damage.
In the latter episode we may see the support craft alone on the lower left (#3 on the screen cap), but it is barely recognizable even on the DVD caps.

 monkee reviews Enterprise: Season One
She's awfully arrogant, as are most of the other Vulcans on ENT, but at least she's showing some signs of growth and change as she gets to know her human colleagues.
Her main episodes of the season were 'Strange New World,' 'Breaking the Ice,' 'Fusion' and 'Fallen Hero.' She interacts mainly with Archer and Trip, with varying degrees of success, but also has an interesting relationship with Phlox, the only other non-human on board.
Trip's best episodes were 'Strange New World,' 'Shuttlepod One,' and 'Desert Crossing,' and I, for one, found him mighty amusing in 'Acquisition.' So far, his main interactions have been with Archer and T'Pol, of course, but he's also developing a solid friendship with Reed, which I'm enjoying very much.

Their pace is slowed as Reed helps the limping Mayweather back to the shuttlepod, and sunlight begins to break across the horizon.

The Cynics Corner: Enterprise's "Breaking the Ice"
THE BOTTOM LINE: This episode features some laudable character-building and actual humor, but it's saddled with filler, weird science, and a contrived Crisis Situation.
Most egregious, of course, are Travis' knee-busting fall and two rapid descents of the shuttle pod into an ice hole, neither of which could happen as shown in such low gravity.
Most everything in this episode looks good, but it seems no one has mastered the "ice cracking under their feet" digital effects.

As more proof that B&B don't know what they're doing or where they're going with this story-arc, this episode's story was co-created by Manny Coto, who just only joined the show halfway through the season, after the ''story-arc'' had already been in play for ten episodes.
