Brian Arthur Roland Binley (born May 1, 1942) is a British politician, and is the Conservative Party Member of Parliament for Northampton South.
Binley was the parliamentary agent for the Wyre Forest Conservative Association during the 1997 General election campaign.
Brian Binley defeated the sitting Labour MP Tony Clarke at the 2005 General Election by over 4,000 votes.

Brian Binley may be an MP and a councillor, but remember that the electorate voted him into these positions.

The article also questioned the County Conservative Group's support for Cllr Jim Harker and his alleged actions, and suggested that there was a bitter internal battle for the Leadership of the County Conservative Group.
While Cllr Binley was unable to comment on conversations that he was not privy too, he made it perfectly clear that there was no question of a "bitter leadership battle".
I really must support Cllr Binley and his statement that this is elitism of the worst kind.
