Grazer is also requesting that he not be forced to pay spousal support and he is seeking joint custody of the couple's two children, six-year-old Thomas and two-year-old Patrick.
Levangie Grazer, shunning any notion of the phrase "trophy wife," has penned several novels, her most recent being The Starter Wife in which a Hollywood wife in her 40s is dumped by her studio executive husband after a nine-year marriage.
